What happens on the Results Session?
Sixty minutes on a screen share with Christian, our Founder. We walk your report together, agree the numbers line by line, and you decide what to fix first: yourself, with our help month by month, or as a one off project. You leave with complete clarity either way.
What happens after the assessment? The AI Concierge
Your report ends with a 4 day quick win plan: exactly what to do first to implement the findings yourself. Some clients run with that alone. Most ask us to do it with them, which is what the AI Concierge is for: two working sessions a month where we take one workflow at a time through Optimise and Automate, a build sprint between sessions so your call time is spent implementing rather than troubleshooting, priority support by email or WhatsApp in between, and a quarterly review of the hours returned. £1,500 a month, rolling monthly, cancel with 30 days notice.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. If you can join a video call, you're good to go. Danni asks about how your week actually works, in plain English. There are no technical questions and no homework, before or after.
Will AI replace my team?
It almost never does at one to twelve people. What it replaces is the part of everyone's job they hate and are worst at. It frees your team from the admin so they can do the work they were actually hired to do.
How do I know the numbers are honest?
Every assumption is printed on the page. Admin time is valued at what it would cost to delegate the work, around £15 an hour, never at your own charge out rate, and we measure in hours identified rather than pounds promised. If anyone shows you a five figure saving built on your own hourly rate, check the assumption.
We already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Does that change anything?
It helps, and no, you won't be asked to switch anything. Most businesses we see are already using one of them for the odd task, which is a good start but is not the same as a system: the value is usually sitting in the workflows nobody has connected yet. Your report works with whatever you already pay for, and existing systems come first: if your current tools can already do the job, we tell you that instead of adding another subscription. What you are paying for is not access to an AI tool, which you already have. It is someone whose job it is to know what actually works, applied to your specific business, measured in hours and pounds.
Five hours sounds small. What is it actually worth?
Five hours a week is the floor, and it recurs. Across 48 working weeks that is 240 hours a year, and it is rarely just you: the same fix usually gives time back to everyone doing that task. Most reports identify considerably more than five. The guarantee is deliberately set at a number we can stand behind for every business that books, not at the number we expect to find.
Is this designed for my size of business?
Yes. We work with owner led businesses from solo founders up to around twelve staff. Twelve is deliberate: it is the point Daniel Priestley calls the lifestyle boutique, where revenue per person is high and the business still runs through a small trusted team. If five or more hours a week are going on manual work, the maths works. That is the real test, not headcount.
